Harlem-born guitarist, vocalist, and composer King Solomon Hicks is one of today’s most exciting voices in contemporary blues and jazz. A musical prodigy who began performing professionally at age 13 as lead guitarist with the legendary Cotton Club All-Star Band, Hicks has built an international reputation for his electrifying stage presence and genre-blending sound rooted in blues, jazz, gospel, funk, R&B, and classic rock. His acclaimed debut album Harlem earned national recognition and a Blues Music Award for Best Emerging Artist Album. Having shared stages with artists including Tony Bennett, Jeff Beck, and Buddy Guy, King Solomon Hicks continues to carry Harlem’s rich musical legacy to audiences around the world.
