If you are not on the 2016 Waitlist, DCWP is accepting applications for the 2026 General Vendor Waitlists from November 2 to 5:00 p.m. on December 16, 2026. You can apply online or by mail. In limited cases, you can apply in person.

The Office of Street Vendor Services operates under the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) to provide education, assistance, and support to street and mobile food vendors across New York City. Partner agencies include the NYC Departments of Consumer & Worker Protection (DCWP), Health & Mental Hygiene (DOHMH), Sanitation (DSNY), Environmental Protection (DEP), Transportation (DOT), Parks & Recreation (Parks), and the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs (MOIA).
