The NYC City Council unanimously repealed the mandate that threatened to fine businesses for non-compliant solid metal storefront gates. Following the repeal of Intro 910, merchants are no longer forced to replace solid roll-down gates. The 70% transparency rule now only applies if you are installing a new or replacing an existing gate.
