Join Broadway Malls Association team member Kierra Holowachuk for a hands-on mini class using iNaturalist, a free app that helps identify plants, insects, birds, and other living things around you. Learn how to take photos, record what you find, get help identifying species, and contribute to science and conservation. Bring your phone and see neighborhood nature through a new lens.
Beat the Heat: Tea for Summer Hydration
Enjoy a 30-minute masterclass focusing on functional summer hydration. Learn about the nature of ingredients – hibiscus, ginger, and peppermint. Instructions on a special “flash-chill” method to brewing tea to instantly lock in the herbs’ cooling properties. Samples and print instructions (English and Spanish) will be provided.
